Venezuelan President Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias will pay a state visit to China from Sept. 23 to 25 at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Jiang Yu made the announcement on Tuesday at a regular press conference.
